Kaysid is for legitimate, relevant, one-to-one business outreach. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend sending or accounts that break it.
You must
- Only email people you have a lawful basis to contact, and whose addresses were obtained lawfully.
- Identify yourself and your business truthfully in every message, with a valid postal address where the law requires it.
- Keep the unsubscribe link and honour opt-outs immediately. Never re-import or re-add someone who opted out.
- Authenticate your sending domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and stay within your mailbox provider's sending limits.
- Keep bounce rates below 5% and spam complaint rates below 0.3%. Verify lists before sending.
You must not
- Send to purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists where that is unlawful, or to role/spam-trap addresses on purpose.
- Send misleading subject lines, spoofed headers, or impersonate another person or organisation.
- Send phishing, malware, fraud, get-rich-quick, adult, gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful content.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against recipients.
- Use the Service to probe, scan or attack networks, including through webhook or mailbox settings.
- Evade limits, create accounts to get around suspensions, or resell access without permission.
- Upload special-category data (health, religion, etc.) or children's data.
Enforcement
We may monitor aggregate sending signals (volumes, bounces, complaints) to protect recipients and our infrastructure, and may pause campaigns, suspend workspaces or terminate accounts. Report abuse to legal@kaysid.app.
