Is it really free?+
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 emails a day and 3 team seats, with every feature. No credit card needed. Paid plans with higher limits are coming soon.
Do you send the emails from your servers?+
No. Emails go out through the mailboxes you connect, exactly as if you had sent them yourself. Kaysid only adds an open-tracking pixel (optional) and a one-click unsubscribe link.
Will my emails land in the inbox?+
Nobody can honestly promise that — it depends on your domain setup, your list and what you write. Kaysid gives you the tools that matter most: warm-up, slow sending, authentication checks, bounce handling and pre-send content checks.
Which email providers work?+
Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Zoho Mail, cPanel and other hosting mailboxes, Amazon SES and self-hosted Postfix — anything that offers SMTP.
What am I allowed to send?+
Relevant, one-to-one business outreach to people you have a lawful basis to contact. Purchased lists, misleading content and spam are not allowed — see our Acceptable Use Policy.
